School4Life was founded by the “Africa Twins” Agnes Ellis (Kuehne) and Dr. Astrid Benker (Kuehne) in 2011 to empower underprivileged children in rural Kenya with the learning opportunities they deserve.
The vision is to eradicate poverty in rural Kenya by offering free, quality education and enable local communities to operate independently. The mission is to empower vulnerable communities through education, economic growth and sustainable projects, catalyzing long-lasting impactful change.

In order to break the cycle of poverty, all funds raised go 100 percent to the projects, as all administration costs are born by the board members.
Within the last 12 years School4Life:
- Collected over 2.5 million Euros in donations, with 100% reaching the rural communities
- Educated 1,000+ School children
- Built 6 schools (2 Kindergartens, 1 Primary, 1 Secondary, 1 school for kids with disabilities)
- Built 2 Orphanages homes for 60 orphans

Pro-Seed provided funding to equip 5 new semi-permanent classrooms with furniture, provide new books for the start of their first form 3 students, enabled the registration of the Secondary School and build much needed new toilet facilities.
